Getting your Application Started
Step 1. Click here to download an application in PDF format. This a comprehensive set of questions that we provide to our carriers to get a variety of quotes for your firm. We recommend calling when you get started so we can assist you, ensuring proper completion. We can be reached at 480-998-1068, just let us know you are a new client, working on your application.
Step 2. Fax (480) 998-3487 or email (chris@brock-ins.com) your completed application. We'll let you know we've received it and will contact you if we have any questions.
Step 3. We'll shop around for the coverage you requested in order to get you the best rates. It usually takes about a week and a half to get all the quotes returned. Then we will contact you again to discuss which option you'd prefer.
