Rachael brings nearly three decades of experience in the insurance industry, with a specialized focus on professional liability. She began her career in 1996 with a local family-owned wholesale brokerage, where she developed a strong foundation in complex risk placement.
By 2000, Rachael was handling multiple lines of professional liability, and in 2002 she transitioned into underwriting Legal Professional Liability. She later served as the exclusive broker for Zurich's Lawyers Professional Liability program in Arizona — a role that underscores her deep expertise and strong industry relationships.
Rachael joined Brock Insurance Holdings in 2016 and continues to deliver strategic guidance and tailored coverage solutions to her clients. She is committed to helping them navigate evolving risks with clarity, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys weightlifting, spending time with her three dogs, and reading.
Shanna has been working in the insurance industry since 1998, gaining broad expertise across most types of insurance coverage. Her extensive background focuses primarily on commercial businesses and professional liability, delivering practical, real-world experience that benefits her clients today. She has worked closely with legal and medical professionals for over 10 years, specializing in malpractice coverage for the unique needs of law firms, attorneys, and legal practices.
On a personal note: As an early transplant to AZ from MN at age 2, Shanna enjoys life in the desert and the Arizona lifestyle but is glad to be able to visit her sister and the snow close by in Northern AZ. Her interests are many but some are concerts, country western dancing & dinner with family and friends. She also tends to be a bit of a movie buff.
